American Fitness Professional Association certified personal trainer and graduate from Western New England College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. I became very interested in strength training at the age of 18 and have been a part of the fitness world and training ever since. It is my passion to change people’s lives through health and fitness. I strive to make my clients live better, easier, happier, healthier lives every day.
I design my workout and cardio programs to give maximum results in a minimum, but safe amount of time. My passion is training the everyday individual whose goals are to live a healthier lifestyle. I love the challenge of working with all different types of clients to achieve their individual goals. My strengths are in building functional strength and muscle, and helping with dietary choices, all while burning body fat. With a background in playing competitive team sports, I work well with all athletes of all skill levels to help them train for flexibility, power, speed, and strength. Helping my clients reach their full potential is my goal.
