Maximum Results Fitness was started in Charleston, South Carolina in 2009. My clients didn’t want to be stuck inside for their workouts all the time. When I started Maximum Results it was only bootcamp classes. We started with 8 clients grinding it out at local parks and fields. We began to grow in 2010 and added a morning class and started offering workouts on the beach. Bootcamp became the best the way to get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing.

In late 2010 Maximum Results Fitness moved to Connecticut to help revamp a gym. There, bootcamp and Maximum Results began to grow. We grew to 60 people in our regular afternoon bootcamp class. With personal training and small group training attached, Maximum Results Fitness has become the BEST way to reach your fitness goals.

Since 2012, Maximum Results has been back in my hometown in New York and is here to stay. Maximum Results is here for everyone who is ready to get out of their comfort zone and finally reach their full potential.

Who am I?


American Fitness Professional Association certified personal trainer and graduate from Western New England College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. I became very interested in strength training at the age of 18 and have been a part of the fitness world and training ever since. It is my passion to change people’s lives through health and fitness. I strive to make my clients live better, easier, happier, healthier lives every day.

I design my workout and cardio programs to give maximum results in a minimum, but safe amount of time. My passion is training the everyday individual whose goals are to live a healthier lifestyle.  I love the challenge of working with all different types of clients to achieve their individual goals. My strengths are in building functional strength and muscle, and helping with dietary choices, all while burning body fat. With a background in playing competitive team sports, I work well with all athletes of all skill levels to help them train for flexibility, power, speed, and strength.  Helping my clients reach their full potential is my goal.
