Cicily has been a Maximum Results Bootcamper for over 2 years now. She has always given 100% at everything she did. Whether it was at bootcamp, running half marathons, marathons, being an awesome mom and wife and volunteering around our town. Cicily decided she wanted to step her game up even more. She wanted to try Online Training to spice things up a bit. As you can see in the picture to the left……..she sure did.

Theresa joined bootcamp a little over a year ago. She jumped in in the middle of a month and not knowing one single person. She showed up, put in the work, and kicked ass. A few months later she added in Online Training as well to start working out in the gym. Theresa’s transformation over the last year is beyond amazing. Not only has she changed her body, but her confidence has grown and her knowledge of what to do in the gym has changed. Theresa is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, but don’t be fooled….she kicks ass wherever she goes.

Rebekah came to me in the Spring of 2015. She had one thing in mind and that was to lose weight and get her back to where she was when she was in college. I told her she needs to bottle up that motivation and save it for the days when it gets tough, because it’s going to. Over the next 4 months, Rebekah’s determination just grew as every pound melted away. As she got closer and closer to her goal, she fought even harder to get there. There were weeks when she was training with me 5 days a week. That fire and determination never faded…it only got stronger. That’s true dedication to your goals right there.
Brian was determined to get into the best shape of his life. He told me he’s always been active and always worked out but he’s never quite got to where he wanted to. He liked to mix things up. He lifted a couple days a week and he did some classes and cardio a few days a week. I told him he had to pick one and stick with it for 12 weeks. He chose lifting, and lifting WE DID. I remember Brian’s first chest session with me with “Down the Rack Dumbbell Press” The noises he was making could have gotten us kicked out of most gyms. But he pushed through it. The most important thing I told Brian was to keep track in a notebook. That’s how he kept improving week after week. Nice Job Brian. NO EXCUSES!!
When I first met Lisa…..she was that girl that came to the gym, walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did some abs and some stretching and then left. That was her gym routine, like most women, and never really saw results. I introduced her to the free weight area. At first she was intimidated but as soon as she started to see that she could tone up faster WITH LESS cardio, and started seeing the results…..SHE WAS ADDICTED. Every day was a new personal record for her. Whether it was squats, Bent Over Rows, Shoulder Press or anything, she pushed herself. Her outlook on how to get into the best shape of your life has now changed. No more hours on the treadmill. Lift weight and eat right!! NO EXCUSES!
