Online coaching is simple! All you need is a computer of some sort (PC or Mac, desktop or laptop, even a smartphone will do it!), an internet connection, and Facebook.(Not totally a necessity.)
Now, this isn’t just some automated, robotic computer program. We’ll personally deliver your workouts to you through the app we will have you download on your phone. We don’t just email you the workouts. A great deal of time goes into developing your individualized fitness plan using Trainerize, software developed specifically for Online Training. You’ll have all the tools you need to design the lifestyle you deserve!
You will have exclusive access to your training plan through our membership site and we’ll keep in constant contact via Facebook or email. At Maximum Results Fitness you’ll always have the opportunity to ask questions, check your progress, and be able to reach out for motivation and inspiration. We are here for you every step of the way!
No more guessing or showing up to the gym and “winging” it. Now you can focus on training and getting results. If you don’t like the gym or don’t have a gym membership, don’t worry, we have No Gym No Excuses workout programs and do everything at home.

- Videos & Detailed Instructions: Every single workouts has a detailed instruction for how the workouts is to be performed. Sets and reps are written out to ensure that you reach your goals. Each exercise has a short video along side of it to make sure you know how to do them correctly.
- Facebook Community: Every single online client is added to our Private Facebook page. This page is to help you stay accountable, motivated, and up-to-date. They say to surround yourself with positive people and what better way to do that than to surround yourself with the people who have the same goals as you do.
- Progress Tracking: With this program you can track pretty much anything you want – from weight, measurements, time and body fat to your progress on each and every exercise. You’ll enjoy being able to generate reports on anything you want to track. You can also upload and store progress photos in complete privacy.
